Background

Grace is an Associate in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Transactions teams. Grace specialises in intellectual property and also advises on corporate commercial law related matters. She has the ability to advise on creation, protection and enforcement of all types of intellectual property rights.

Grace holds a Masters degree in Intellectual Property (MIP), a programme by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation (ARIPO) and Africa University, Zimbabwe.

She also holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian University and a Post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Grace has been seconded to Anjarwalla & Khanna in Nairobi in the past.
