The firm hires law graduates. The firm takes the training and development of new lawyers very seriously and aims to develop lawyers with a sense of responsibility, legal ability and commercial awareness.

The firm also has a requirement for legal training on an ongoing basis for qualified lawyers of varying degrees of seniority and conducts monthly inhouse trainings.
